Important points on balanced diet!

  • Drink enough water or other fluids throughout the day (let thirst be your guide - remember that drinking too much water can actually be dangerous)
  • Increase your fibre intake
  • Eat a variety of foods
  • Use sugar and foods high in simple carbohydrates in moderation
  • Use less salt
  • Reduce your total fat intake, particularly your intake of saturated fats
  • Increase good fat in your diet

  • Aloe Vera gel is the best for the itchy skin as applying helps skin to be more smooth, and also help to remove the dead skin.
  • Honey is very easy to use and cheap remedy that help ease the itching.
  • Take a Lukewarm water shower
  • Apply  paste: Milk cream+Haldi(Turmeric)+Honey, make a smooth paste and apply on affected/itchy parts of body.
  • Olive Oil, Avocado and Jojoba  oil penetrate deep into skin and help to smooth and remove the itchiness.
